Betty has been a Nutritional Therapist since 2009, she has graduated from CNM College of Naturopathic Medicine http://www.naturopathy.ie/. Betty has worked in the Health food industry for over 10 years. Betty is an active member of the NTOI (Nutritional Therapy of Ireland) http://www.ntoi.ie She is an avid foodie, but more so she is fascinated by the remarkable benefits that food has on our bodies and our overall well-being. It was through her own struggle with IBS, Adrenal Fatigue and Sugar Addiction, that she realised how powerful Nutritional Therapy was, as she studied and learned, Betty realised that the food she was eating was having a devastating effect on her health.
